Spring 2000 : environmental art / bridge installation : fiberglass sound modifier

 above you see some thumbnails of a sculpture that I created in the spring of 2000. This work was made to fulfill an assignment in a class that I took called "process and environmental art". This piece was placed on a bridge and was meant to modify and draw attention to the sounds created by the dam's overflow. The piece only stayed up for one day as it was stolen by either frat kids or campus grounds keepers. Click on a thumbnail to view a larger image.
